Because the club is owned by a professional player, every detail as been thought out with ALL pickleballers in mind! Shellton Jean Baptise
Born and raised in Port Au Prince, Haiti Shellton had a love for sports and also played competitive soccer. In 2014, he left for the United States to complete his college degree of Interior Design and Business. He discovered Pickleball and immediately fell in love with the game. He started playing tournaments and quickly climbed his way up through the Professional ranks. For the past five years he has played at the pro level competing in both PPA and APP tournaments both mens doubles and mixed doubles.
When not playing pickleball, Shellton has created: Unicorn Pickleball Academy, Harmonie Paddle Company and recently opened his first pickleball club-Elite Pickleball in Houston, Texas. When not at Elite Pickleball Club he resides in Salt Lake City with his wife and business partner Debi along with his dogs- Annabelle and Sproutie. In his free time he loves food, still plays lots of Pickleball with his friends and loves to talk trash.

Debi Jean Baptise
Debi Jean Baptiste fell in love with Pickleball in 2020. Debi is no stranger to the Houston Market and is the “behind the scenes” person, making sure the operations of Elite Pickleball Club is running as smoothly as possible. She provides the leadership and willingness to do whatever it takes to make the club a success. She is known for her customer service approach, hands-on style, and her meticulous attention to detail.

Becky Allbritton
While Becky has yet to step onto the pickleball courts herself, she has become incredibly knowledgeable about the game and its community. With over 30 years of business experience training Fortune 500 corporations worldwide, Becky brings a wealth of expertise to the Elite Team. She’s committed to combining her business acumen with the team’s talents to deliver the ultimate pickleball experience to Houston and its surrounding areas.
Becky is married and has a teenage daughter and a golden retriever. Her dream vacation is to the Maldives. Becky’s first step on the court is… scheduled for tomorrow! LOL!

Jacob Stegall
Jacob grew up in Kingwood, Texas playing baseball up to a collegiate level. He then picked up pickleball in late 2021 and has picked it up very quickly. He’s been teaching pickleball for 2 years and continuing to improve his game and teaching as he continues. He continues to find a way for people to make their own technique work for pickleball so no matter what background you have, he can adjust it and make you better.

Cameron Childers
Cameron Childers is a Houston-based pickleball player with a DUPR 5.0 rating in both singles and doubles, known for his creative shot-making and deceptive play style. Originally from Orangefield, Texas, Cameron grew up playing football, basketball, and tennis, developing a strong athletic foundation that naturally translated into paddle sports. He also competed in racquetball as a kid, sharpening the hand speed and court awareness that now define his pickleball game.
Cameron’s teaching philosophy centers around strategic deception and creativity, helping players develop weapons that keep opponents guessing. One of his signature teaching elements is using advanced shot disguises, including techniques like the inverted backhand, to create unpredictable angles and opportunities.
He currently plays with the Selkirk ERA paddle and is passionate about helping players elevate their game through smarter strategy, better shot selection, and confident court presence.

Richard Delgado
Born and raised in the Clear Lake area, Richard grew up playing instruments and competing in school and club soccer. In the summer of 2019, his mom introduced him to pickleball, and he quickly developed a passion for the sport while it was still in its early growth stages.
Now an avid player, Richard began competing and earned gold in his very first 3.5 tournament earlier this January. Since then, he has added 4.0 medals to his list of accomplishments and is now pursuing 4.5 success as a 4.3 DUPR-rated player.
As a coach, Richard emphasizes balance, footwork, and rhythm, helping players of all ages and backgrounds grow their skills and confidence on the court.

Wes Luquette
Wes grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he played baseball at LSU, building a strong foundation in high-level athletics and competition. He was introduced to pickleball at Elite two years ago and quickly developed a passion for the game.
Over the past several months, Wes has stepped into coaching, working with players of all ages and skill levels. He focuses on strong fundamentals and brings a thoughtful, athlete-driven approach to his instruction.
With his background in competitive sports and coaching, Wes is dedicated to helping players improve their game while continuing to elevate his own on the court.

Garrett Peterson
Garrett is a PPR Pro Certified Professional and Houston native with a strong background in tennis and a passion for pickleball. After playing tennis in high school and at the collegiate club level, he transitioned into pickleball where he quickly developed into a high-level player through tournaments, drilling, and training with top local pros.
He brings an upbeat, positive energy to the court and is passionate about helping players improve while keeping the game fun and engaging.
Garrett has earned 28 PPA Tour points, made a Main Draw appearance at the Cape Coral PPA, and has two open bracket wins in Houston. He continues to compete on the PPA and Challenger Tours.
Outside of pickleball, Garrett enjoys golf, video games, and spending time with his dog, Oakley.

Paul Smith
Paul grew up in Florida, where his passion for racquet sports began on the tennis court. He made Houston his home in 2002 and has spent more than three decades competing in tennis and racquetball.
Three years ago, Paul discovered pickleball—and he's never looked back. Today, he brings his competitive experience, enthusiasm, and high-energy coaching style to every lesson.
Whether you're new to the game or looking to take your skills to the next level, Paul is dedicated to helping players improve every aspect of their game. He specializes in doubles, singles, skinny singles, and mixed doubles, providing personalized instruction that builds confidence, strategy, and consistency on the court.
Paul's passion for teaching and positive approach make every lesson both productive and fun, helping players of all skill levels reach their goals while enjoying the game.

Randy Park
Randy has been playing pickleball for more than three years and brings a lifelong passion for sports and coaching to every lesson. A competitive soccer player since the age of five, Randy also has more than 10 years of experience coaching youth soccer, developing athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Randy is passionate about helping players build a strong foundation while developing the advanced skills and strategies needed to elevate their game. He believes the best pickleball players master both the physical and mental aspects of the sport, and his coaching reflects that philosophy.
Whether you're just getting started or looking to compete at a higher level, Randy focuses on improving shot mechanics, shot selection, footwork, court positioning, patterns of play, and winning strategies. His goal is to help every player become a smarter, more confident competitor while maximizing their potential on the court.
For Randy, nothing is more rewarding than watching players grow in both skill and confidence while helping build a fun, supportive pickleball community and lifelong friendships along the way.
